I don't feel comfortable even going into this McDonald's and I won't go through their drive-thru anymore either. Twice this week they've gotten my order completely wrong.
Very poor service in drive thru. Pulled up and waited a good minute before I was even acknowledged at the speaker. Was told they would be with me in a minute.... Realized 6 minutes went by so I yelled "hello?" at the speaker & waited another minute with no response & i left.
Pretty slow. This is especially so around 3:30 Monday through Friday.
The fries are ALWAYS cold. The workers are usually pleasant to deal with. The parking lot gets very congested very often. The food is generally always made the way you ask for it though.
Barry Allen is probably the nicest person I've spoken to in weeks.
This must be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Deliberately getting orders wrong, like disgusting nuggets instead of a double quarter pounder, being rude and disrespectful, company employees playing around while people are waiting for them to do their job.
