Rude as hell, called and left a message about a malfunctioning air conditioner, but they were closed, no problem. But my mother is on oxygen and I was worried about the heat making it hard for her to breathe, so we called a 24 hr service and went with them instead. We were going to call when they opened this morning at 8 and explain that we went with someone else, but we'd want them to service it if needed. As we were explaingning the situation, they got smart and just hung up the phone. Horrible people skills.
