Awesome coaches and great positive environment. The other member of the gyear of matter what fitness level they are, are so helpful and positive. I love each small accomplishment I make. I've only been going for a month and I have already learned so much. There's always more to learn and working out with others building camaraderie is very motivating
I have been going to Meade Crossfit for almost a year now. It has been an awesome experience for me. I love the coaches and all of the athletes. Jeremy and PeeJay always have the best workouts for us each day. I could not ask for a better workout environment.
Awesome program, great people and coaches, the best wods, great encouraging community, Have been a member for 4 months and have seen great results, was bored with the same old weightlifting and running routine, it's always something different to keep the muscles guessing so you don't plateau and lose interest. I look forward to it all day long. It's a whole lifestyle change and I don't know how I could ever do without it. You feel superhuman when you complete workouts you never thought possible. Give it a shot, I was hooked after the first day!
