I just randomly found this company online during my (what appeared to be) never ending quest to find a rose quartz 24oz. Corkcicle Tumbler. I found it pretty freaking ridiculous that the Corkcicle website had been out of stock of all but one color for 2+ weeks!!! One day, Everett & Allies Gift Shoppe popped up in my search results. I found my tumbler! ALL colors were in stock, the price was completely reasonable (the same price as the Corkcicle website), and the shipping was only $5! My payment was easy to make and the comfirmation/tracking email is soooo efficient! I enjoy stalking my packages until they arrive LOL. My package arrived very quickly. I ordered early Saturday morning and it made its way to my home before 3 p.m. on Wednesday! The packaging was personal and I loved it. Alicia even included a hand-written card thanking me for my purchase! I am definitely one of those people that write a review, ripping you new one when service is terrible, but I also love to do them when service is exceptional. I had to find some way to review my experience with your company. I enjoyed doing business with you! You were professional and efficient! I can't wait to buy something else!
I recently ordered one of the distressed trucker hats for women and the entire process was smooth. I called their shop, placed my order and received my hat in about 3 days. Friendly customer service and neat products make this one of my favorite shops. Whether buying for myself or a friend, I know I can find something great.
