Though we usually really like the food, today it was a little over cooked. Still had good flavor and food was been fine in the past. Do maybe they just had a bad day or had a new cook, etc. The food is usually fine.
I thought that I had already found the worst KFC/LJS in Missouri but to my surprise, nope... This is the worst. Unbelievably bad.

Absolutely terrible place to eat. Upon arrival at the ordering counter, the young woman actually took time to be cleaning under her fingernails before she took our order. When the food was delivered it was COLD, and probably old, as they just pulled it out of a warmer drawer. Also, the floors and food storage areas were filthy. We returned the food and asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere. The "shift-manager" had to be called to do that, and SHE did not know how to make a cash refund and had to call someone to learn how to do it. I asked for the name of the Franchisee, but the shift manager (Ametyst?) refused to give me the name or how to contact the Franchisee. I'll be contact both LJS corporate AND the Meade County Health Department about what I saw tonight. For sure, we shall NEVER, ever go to the LJS/KFC location again. NEVER.
