I am changing my review. I had a great experience. Easy exchange and I felt like they were honest. Then my wife tried to schedule her car for service, and had difficulty. It took two weeks, and was told multiple times that they would call back. Also, I did not feel that the quoted service was honest and wasn't going to fix the problem. A couple hours at another service shop and they were able to fix the root of the problem with a completely different solution. Not for me.
My husband and I recently bought a new vehicle. Truck was a total lemon! We were hoping that purchasing from a reputable place like this even a used vehicle would have been inspected properly. Unfortunately not the case. Truck has required a ton of work costing us thousands. Sales man were pushy and made financing through them seem like a bother for them. Not impressed.
